We ship to Italy, the European Union, and several non-EU countries. Estimated costs and delivery times for your address are shown at checkout, before payment.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your shipment. You can also check the location of your package at any time from the Track your order page, using your order number and email. For shipments outside the European Union, import duties and taxes set by the destination country may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the items, without providing a reason (articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code).
How to make a return
- Write to us within 14 days of delivery via the Contact page or at fspizzuoco3@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the items to be returned.
- We will reply with instructions and the return address.
- Ship the items back within 14 days of your withdrawal notification: they must be intact, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and, if possible, in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
We will refund the amount paid, including standard order shipping costs, using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items or you have provided proof of shipment.
Size exchange
Need a different size? Write to us: we will check availability and let you know how to proceed. If the size is unavailable, you can return the item and receive a refund.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective item or an item different from the one ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo: in this case, return shipping costs are covered by us. The 26-month legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code remains in effect.
